Instructions for accepted papers

Registration: 

Registration for the conference is mandatory and can be completed online on this website (Registration page). Feel free to share this registration link with any co-authors who wish to attend the conference.

Still, only presenters will receive invitations for lunches and dinners.

Location and hours: 

The conference will take place at the OECD Boulogne-Billancourt, 46, quai Alphonse Le Gallo, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt with a welcome coffee at 8.45 a.m. and the official welcome address commencing at 9.15 a.m. A QR code will be sent to all registered participants. 

The conference will start on the first day at 8:45 a.m. and will end on the second day around 4:00 p.m.

Please find below the identity documents required to access the OECD premises. Only the documents indicated are accepted as proof of identity.

  • national identity card
  • passport
  • diplomatic card (issued by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs)
  • residence permit or card issued by the French Government
  • French driving license (new format since 2013)

Should you intend to submit an updated version of your paper, kindly ensure it is in PDF format and send it to immigoecd14@sciencesconf.org by November 15th. This will enable us to promptly upload the revised version.

Please also send your slides by December 6th to Jennifer.OBRIEN@oecd.org

Each session is scheduled for 1 hour and 30 minutes, with specific time allocations as follows:

  • 20 minutes for paper presentation
  • 5 minutes for the discussant
  • 5 minutes for general discussion

The program will be shared in advance, including the list of discussants for each paper. Each speaker will also have a paper to discuss in addition to their presentation in their session.

Please focus on the main points during your discussion, avoiding summarization of papers.

Accommodation: 

Regarding accommodation, LISER, on behalf of the organizing committee, will reimburse accommodation expenses up to 200 euros per night for a maximum of 3 nights.
